If you wish to change your direct debit details, you can do this in two ways.
1. Via your Brighte app. Go to accounts on the bottom menu, click account details, if you continue to scroll you will see a button to 'update payment details'. This will allow you to change your banking details attached to your Brighte payment plan.

2. You can call our customer care center, who can update your details for you. You can call them on 1300-274-448 (BRIGHTE)
