So, what can you do?
Manage your Brighte Account
Keep track of all your past and future transactions with Brighte in the BrightePay app.
- Update your banking details
- Track past and upcoming payments
- Make one-off payments to your Brighte payment plan
- Check if you are eligible to re-use on your account to make further purchases with Brighte.

Apply to re-use your Brighte Account
Via your BrightePay app, you can apply to re-use your Brighte account for your next energy or home improvement.
You are able to re-use the amount you have already paid off, or increase your limit. Currently the re-use function is only available for the homeowner Brighte 0% interest payment plan.
How?
Step 1: Tap quotes - to access, your received quotes from chosen Brighte accredited Vendors.
Step 2: Once you are happy with your quote, tap 'Accept Quote'
Step 3: You will be asked to confirm eligibility, and will proceed to the re-use application.
Step 4: As you are an existing Brighte customer, your existing Brighte account details will be used. If these have changed, please contact our team on 1300 274 448

Step 5: Review your details, and submit your re-use application. Sit tight and you will be notified of the outcome via email. Note the payment plan will be subject to the same terms & conditions as your original payment plan.
