Like many of our customers, you’ve probably already thought about additional improvements you’d like to add to your home.
You are able to reuse the amount you have already paid off, or increase your limit.
Here’s how to reuse your Brighte 0% Interest Payment Plan:
You can apply to reuse your Brighte account either directly with your Vendor at the point of sale OR from a quote sent to your email or BrightePay app.
Applying directly with your Vendor?
All you need to do, is to tell your chosen Vendor you are an existing Brighte customer. You will need to provide your Brighte account ID and DOB in the application and then continue with the application.
Applying from a quote sent to your email from a Brighte Vendor?
1. You can request a quote through the Brighte marketplace or your Vendor might have sent you a quote already.
2. When your quote has been generated by the Vendor you will have receive an email with your quote. On the bottom of the email, there will be an 'Accept quote' button, after you click 'Accept quote' you will be taken to the following page:
Complete the following steps:
a) Under application type, answer 'Yes' to the question 'Are you an existing Brighte customer?'
b) Enter your Account ID number, this is the same as your Brighte reference number, or sometimes referred to as a Brighte customer number.
c) Enter your date of birth.
d) Click continue at the bottom of the page, the system will recognise you are an existing Brighte pre-approved customer and will take you to the next steps.

3. Submit your application. You will be notified of the outcome via email. Note the payment plan will be subject to the same terms & conditions as your original payment plan.
