Whether you're with the customer in person or sending them a quote, they can submit their re-use application in a few easy steps.
With the Vendor via their Vendor Mobile Application
If you are filling in the application with the customer, your app or tablet will prompt you to ask: "Are you an existing Brighte Customer?"
- Tap > 'Yes'
- Enter > Customer Account ID
- This is the customers Brighte account ID. They can find this by:
- Logging into Brighte App > Account > Details
- The customer ID number is sent when the customer creates the first application with Brighte.
- This is the customers Brighte account ID. They can find this by:
- Enter > Customer DOB
The customer will then be asked to confirm a few details. After this, the application will be submitted for assessment.
Sending the customer a quote
If you send the customer the quote, they can complete it in a few easy steps.
We recommend the customer downloads the BrightePay App, that way they are able to automatically receive the quote in real time and apply to re-use their Brighte account - all within the App.
