If you are an Android user and currently seeing a spinning wheel on an attempt to log into the BrightePay app, please follow the steps below to regain access to your account.
Step 1: Go to Settings and select Apps
Step 2: From Apps select BrightePay
Step 3: In BrightePay select storage
Step 4: In storage select 'Clear Cache'
Step 5: Please log in
