Our most basic contract with standard terms and conditions set by regulation. 

If you’re a Brighte energy customer but didn’t accept a market contract energy plan or are using energy without contacting us to set up an account, then you are on a standard retail contract. The standard retail contract is a plan that is governed by the applicable energy regulations.

Energy Made Easy 

Energy Made Easy is a free Australian Government energy price comparison service for households and small businesses in NSW, QLD, SA, Tas and the ACT. 

Ausgrid Distribution Zone 

This price is the same as the reference price (0% off the reference price).

$1,393 including GST is the annual estimated cost for a household using 3900 kWh on a single rate tariff in the Ausgrid network. The lowest annual price is $1,393.

Endeavour Energy Distribution Zone 

This price is the same as the reference price (0% off the reference price).

$1,609 including GST is the annual estimated cost for a household using 4900 kWh on a single rate tariff in the Endeavour Energy network. The lowest annual price is $1,609.
