1. What are the new Brighte Green Loan fees & charges?

• From 8.99% fixed interest rate p.a.*, comparison rate 10.21% p.a.^

• $2.70 weekly account keeping fee included in repayments for new customers

• $299 establishment fee added to the loan amount and paid over time

2. What are the new Brighte Personal Loan fees & charges?

• From 11.49% fixed interest rate p.a.*, comparison rate 12.69% p.a.^

• $2.70 weekly account keeping fee included in repayments for new customers

• $299 establishment fee added to the loan amount and paid over time

3. What applications does this effect?

All new Brighte Green Loan or Brighte Personal Loan referrals submitted from 14 February 2023.

4. Are there any changes to the application process?

No changes to the application process.

5. What’s the difference between the Brighte Green Loan and Brighte Personal Loan?

• The Brighte Green Loan funds energy solutions, including: solar and batteries as well as solar-powered heating and cooling solutions

• The Brighte Personal Loan funds home improvement solutions including: heating and cooling, garden and outdoors, home technology, and home improvements such as bathroom renovations, electrical, roofing and much more

6. Are there changes to how I get paid?

Get paid once the job is complete. Simply request payment before 3pm Monday to Friday to get paid same day.

7. Are there any charges to my business?

Brighte will continue to not charge vendors for offering the Brighte Green Loan or Brighte Personal Loan.

8. What is an introducer fee?

An introducer fee is a fee paid by one business to another in exchange for the facilitation of a business transaction. In this case, we offer you the option to receive an introducer fee for each referral of a customer for the Brighte Green Loan or Brighte Personal Loan that is successfully settled.

9. As a vendor, can we opt-in to receive an introducer fee?

Yes, Brighte does offer an option for vendors to receive an introducer fee for each settled Brighte Green or Personal loan when opted-in. This can only be done by users with admin access. Find out how here.
