How do I reset my password using the Brighte Portal?

If you've forgotten your password or need to reset your Brighte password, you can select the
'Forgot password' link from your portal or from the login screen on your Brighte app, and we'll send you a password reset link to your email address.

Haven't yet received the password reset link? 

• Please ensure you are using the same email address you signed up to Brighte with.
• Please check your junk/spam folders, unfortunately sometimes these emails will end up here.
