The Pilot runs from October 2024 to April 2027, with household upgrades rolled out in two stages:
- Initial Stage (Dec 2024 – June 2025): The first 60 homes will be upgraded. ARENA will then review the pilot to assess community support and research outcomes before approving the main rollout.
- Main Rollout Stage (Sept 2025 – Aug 2026): Upgrades will expand to 440 additional homes.
Research and analysis will continue until mid-2027, with findings and collective impact shared with the community.
