Once you’re approved to participate in the Pilot program, Brighte will contact you directly through an Assisted Sales representative, who will help guide you through the selection and quoting process.
You’ll have the option to choose from a panel of quality-assured tradespeople. They’ll visit your home at a time that suits you to provide a proposal and quote for your selected appliances. Afterward, you can choose your preferred installer to proceed.
If you need help during the quoting process, Brighte’s dedicated support team is available via a 1300 number to assist you in making the best choice and guide you throughout.
If you have a preferred tradesperson who isn’t currently accredited with Brighte, you can encourage them to become a Pilot partner.
