You've paid into a suspended/inactive account
How do I request a refund?
If you would like to request a refund of a completed payment, simply fill in our “Other enquiries” online request form.

Brighte Account number

Amount requested to be refunded

Date original payment was made

Original payment method (Card payment, BPay or Direct Debit)

Reason for refund
Please note:

The refund process may take up to 14 days to process.

All refunds are subject to approval.

Once processed, refunds to your bank account can take up to five business days to show on your account.
