If you have a Brighte 0% Interest Payment Plan, you already have an account with Brighte.
If you create an account with a different email address that you did not use to accept your Brighte 0% Interest Payment Plan you will not see any information about your account.
Please complete the following steps:
Step 1: Open your BrightePay app
Step 2: Select the three lines on the left-hand side, indicated by the red box.
Step 3: Select 'Logout' on the bottom left-hand size, indicated by the red box.
Step 4: You will be taken to the home screen 'create an account'. As you automatically already have an account please select 'Already have an account? Sign in' indicated by the red box.
Step 5: Enter in the email address you used to create your Brighte account originally and select 'Forgot password' indicated by the red box.
Step 6: Follow the instructions sent to the email address you used to create your Brighte account
Step 7: Log in
