You can download your Brighte account statements directly through the Brighte App, available through the App Store for iPhones or Google Play Store for Android phones. From there, accessing your account statements only takes a few steps.
To download the Brighte App, you can access it here
1. Open the Brighte App and navigate to ‘Account Statements’.
2. There will be an option to select the preferred statement period, and then to Download or Preview account statements.
3. When previewing your account statements your statement will be password protected. Your password is set to your date of birth.
4. When downloading your statement, you will be provided with a list of options to save and share the account statement. A password will be required when opening the downloaded document. Your password is set to your date of birth.
