How do I update my personal details?

You can update your email address and mobile phone number in the Brighte App, available through the App Store for iPhones or Google Play Store for Android phones.

1. On the Brighte App, click on Profile (on the bottom menu), then click Change profile details.

2. Within Profile details you can view and update your existing contact details.

3. a) Updating mobile number:

Once you input your new mobile number, a 6-digit verification code will be sent to this new number via SMS. You will need to provide the 6-digit code in order to finalise the change in mobile number.

b) Updating email address:

Once you input your new email address, a 6-digit verification code will be sent to this new email. You will need to provide the 6-digit code in order to finalise the change in email address.
