Simply follow these steps to access your account:
Step 1: Download the Brighte account, you can access it here
Step 2: Open the app, the first page will direct you to log in, if you know your username and password please enter them here and continue with the app set up.
Don’t know your password? Click ‘forgot password’.
Step 3: A link will be sent to the email address associated with your account, click the link and follow the prompts to reset your password.
Once you have reset your password you will be directed to login again.
